Led by Dom Maidlow, he taught us how to track footage using 3DEqualizser in order to create a virtual camera which would match the movement and lens distortion of the real camera. Then taking that data into Maya to make a rough 3D layout of the environment.
Substance Texture Painting
Led by Ash Emritte, he taught us how to take a standard 3D model to the next level using Substance. We took what was a grey, flat and dull Axe model and using Substance turned it into a rustic, battle damaged Axe fit for a warrior.
